Hake with curd
Time: 30 minutes
Performance: 4 servings
Difficulty: easy
Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 ripe, firm tomatoes, skin and seeds removed, cut into strips
- 4 hake fillets
- Salt, black pepper and chopped parsley to taste
Sauce:
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon of wheat flour
- 1/2 cup milk (tea).
- 1 cup cream cheese (tea).
- Salt, black pepper and nutmeg to taste
Preparation method:
- For the sauce, melt the butter in a pan and fry the flour for 1 minute.
- Pour in the milk little by little, stirring constantly until it thickens.
- Add the ricotta, salt, pepper and nutmeg and mix until smooth.
- Reserve.
- Heat a large pan with olive oil and brown the onion for 3 minutes.
- Add the tomato and fry for 2 minutes.
- Arrange the fish, sprinkle with salt and pepper and cover.
- Cook for 7 minutes from the start of the boil.
- Transfer to a serving plate, pour the sauce over, sprinkle with parsley and serve.
