Ingredients:

  • 500 g of black beans
  • 400 g of pork ribs
  • 1 pair of slices
  • 2 pepperoni sausages, sliced
  • 1 pack of spicy farofa
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • A drizzle of olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Preparation method:

  1. Let the beans rest a day before in a bowl full of water, this way they will cook faster.
  2. The next day, drain all the water from the beans.
  3. Cut the meat into pieces as you like.
  4. In an empty skillet, add olive oil to brown the pork chops.
  5. Then add the bacon to give it a light browning.
  6. Add the couple to brown it too. Then it’s time for the peppers.
  7. With the fat formed from the ingredients, add the onion, garlic and bay leaf to the pan.
  8. Allow to cook for 2 minutes until translucent.
