Ingredients:
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 2 cups (tea) of water
- 2 cans of cream
- 1 cup cream cheese (tea).
- 100 g of diced cooked ham
- 1 pack of frozen peas
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 500 g of penne, screwed or tied pasta
- Grated Parmesan for sprinkling
Preparation method:
- Dissolve the chicken broth in the water, pour it into the pressure cooker and add the cream, ricotta, ham, peas, salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the pasta and mix with a spoon.
- Cover, place over medium heat and cook for 5 minutes from when the pressure starts.
