Giu Giunti teaches an excellent recipe for Good Friday or Easter Sunday
Good Friday has arrived with everything and of course there will be a super easy, delicious and very accessible recipe to prepare at home. It’s also a great alternative for anyone who gets sick of cod on Easter Sunday.
Fish fillet with panko flour is a super versatile dish and, after Easter, I’m sure you’ll want to include it in your menu of the week.

In a bowl, place the panko flour, the Tahiti lemon zest, the Sicilian lemon zest and the grated Parmesan cheese. Melt the butter in the microwave and place it on a plate.
