Ingredients:

  • 500 g of chopped cod
  • 3 cups cooked chickpeas
  • 1 red onion diced
  • 1 medium tomato cut into cubes (not too ripe)
  • ½ cup sliced ​​black olives
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and chopped parsley to taste

Preparation method:

Season the chickpeas with olive oil and salt. Gently mix the other ingredients, finishing with the chopped parsley. Leave in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
