ingredients
- 395 g of condensed milk
- 2 egg yolks, sieved
- 3 tablespoons grated parmesan
- 1 cup of tea grated coconut
- Butter for greasing
Preparation method
Place the condensed milk and egg yolks in a container and mix until you obtain a consistent cream. Add the cheese and grated coconut and mix until well combined. Reserve. Grease the molds with butter, divide the dough between them and bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature for 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
Polvilho baked biscuit
ingredients
- 500 g of sour tapioca
- 200 ml of water
- 150 ml of oil
- 5 eggs
- Salt to taste
- Butter for greasing
Preparation method
Add water to a pan and bring to the boil over medium heat for 5 minutes. Then transfer the water into a container, add the tapioca starch and oil and mix well. Season with salt and stir again to combine. Add the eggs, one at a time, and mix until you obtain a smooth consistency. Reserve. Grease a mold with butter, put the dough in a piping bag and form the biscuits on the mould. Place in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 25 minutes. Serve immediately.

Creamy corn cake
ingredients
- 300 g of green corn
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/5 cup of sugar tea
- 3 cups of milk tea
- 1 cup cornmeal tea
- 6 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 4 tablespoons grated parmesan
- Butter for greasing
- Wheat flour for dusting
Preparation method
Place the corn kernels, eggs, butter, sugar, milk, corn flour and wheat flour in a blender and blend until smooth. Then add the yeast and parmesan and beat for another 2 minutes. Reserve. Grease a mold with butter and flour with wheat flour, pour in the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 1 hour. Serve immediately.

ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 mashed banana
- 4 tablespoons of milk
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 4 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon of yeast
Preparation method

- 2 eggs
- 2 slices of mozzarella
- 3 tablespoons tapioca starch
- 1 tomato cut into slices

Preparation method
In a bowl, beat the eggs until smooth. Then add the tapioca starch and salt and mix well. Pour the mixture into a pan greased with olive oil and fry over medium heat until golden brown. Turn to fry the other side. Add the cheese, tomato and oregano. Fold the crepioca in half and serve immediately.
