- 1 cup tomato sauce (tomato sauce)
- 200 g of grated mozzarella

- 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
Method of preparation
Heat the butter in a pan over low heat and layer with half the cabbage seasoned with salt and pepper, half the rice, half the sauce and half the mozzarella. Repeat the layers with the other half of the ingredients and cover with the eggs mixed with the parsley, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with Parmesan and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Turn off and serve in the pan itself.

Method of preparation
Season the chicken fillets with the garlic, salt and vinegar and leave to rest for 30 minutes. In a large pressure cooker, over medium heat, fry the bacon until all the fat has come out. Add the minced meat and fry until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper. Method of preparation
Cook the potato in salted water until al dente. Drain and reserve.
Over medium heat, heat a pan with butter and sauté the onion until wilted.
Add the tuna, potato, seasoning, green smell, season with salt and cook for another 3 minutes.
Turn off, add the cheese and mix. Arrange on a serving dish, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.

Time: 25 minutes

- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1/2 slice of Calabrian sausage, diced
- 1 cup diced bacon
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 500 g desalted beef, cut into cubes
- 2 cups of uncooked boiled rice, washed and drained
- 4 and 1/2 cups (tea) of hot water
- 1 chopped tomato
- Salt and chopped chives to taste
Method of preparation
In a pressure cooker, heat the oil over medium heat and brown the peppers and bacon. Add the onion, garlic and sauté for 2 minutes. Add the dried meat and sauté for 5 minutes. Add the rice and sauté for 3 minutes.
Pour in hot water, tomato, season with salt, cover the pan and cook over low heat for 10 minutes after the pressure starts. Shut off and fully relieve pressure. Open the pan to check that the rice and meat are cooked.
If necessary, cook for another 5 minutes with the pan open. Remove from the pan, place in a refractory and sprinkle with chives. Serve hot.
