Breaded meat skewer
Time: 1 hour

Ingredients:
- 1 cup (tea) breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon dehydrated garlic
- 2 diced onions
- Salt, black pepper to taste
- 20 cubes of provolone
- 1/2 cup (tea) wheat flour
- Fry oil
Preparation method:
- On a plate, mix the breadcrumbs with the oregano and garlic.
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, season the meat with salt and pepper.
- Pass the meat, onion and provolone separately in the wheat flour, in the beaten eggs and finally in the breadcrumbs set aside.
- Arrange the meat cubes, the onion and then the cheese on wooden barbecue sticks previously left to soak in water for 15 minutes.
- Fry, little by little, in boiling oil until golden brown.
- Drain on absorbent paper and serve immediately.
