Apple pie with condensed milk

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
  • 1 cup butter (tea).
  • 2 tablespoons cold water (approximately)
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • Margarine to grease the pan

Filling

  • 4 chopped apples
  • 1/2 cup seedless black raisins
  • 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 lemon juice

Preparation method:

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, butter, water and sugar with your fingertips until you get a smooth dough. If necessary, add more water until it comes off your hands.
  2. Roll out part of the dough with a rolling pin on a smooth surface and line the bottom and edges of a greased 22cm removable bottom pan. Reserve.
  3. For the filling, in a bowl, mix the apples, raisins, condensed milk, flour, cinnamon, butter, egg yolks, lemon juice and pour over the dough.
  4. Form strips with the rest of the dough and decorate the cake, intertwining the strips.
  5. Bake in a preheated medium oven for 30 minutes or until cooked through and lightly browned.
  6. Remove from the oven, let cool and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  7. Turn out onto a plate and serve immediately.
