Ingredients:
- 1 clove of minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 diced potato
- 500 g of minced meat
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 1 diced carrot
- 1/2 cup chopped black olives
- 1 diced seedless tomato
- Salt to taste
- 1 cube of meat broth
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 cup (tea) water
- Chopped green chilli to taste
Preparation method:
- Heat a pan with oil over medium heat and fry the meat for 5 minutes or until the water dries up.
- Add onion, garlic and fry until golden brown.
- Add the extract and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Pour in the potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, meat broth, olives, water, cover and cook, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes or until thickened and the vegetables have softened.
- Season with salt and pepper and transfer to a plate.
- Sprinkle with the green perfume and serve.
Cheesy Rice Pan

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups cabbage (thin strips)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 3 cups cooked white rice
- 1 cup (tea) tomato sauce
- 200 g of grated mozzarella
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan
Preparation method:
- Heat a pan over a low heat with the butter and make a layer with half the cabbage seasoned with salt and pepper, half the rice, half the sauce and half the mozzarella.
- Repeat the layers with the other half of the ingredients and cover with the eggs mixed with parsley, salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle with parmesan and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
- Turn off and serve in a pan.
Vegetarian pasta

- 1 pack of screw noodles (500 g)
- 3 liters of water
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 1 onion chopped
- 1/2 cup (tea) olive oil
- 1 can green corn (drained)
- 230g or 1 small glass of mushrooms
- 1 cup pitted black olives
- 300 g of white cheese cut into cubes
- 1 can peas (drained)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup chopped chives
Preparation method:
- Cook the pasta in water with oil and salt for 20 minutes or until al dente. Drain and reserve.
- In a pan, over medium heat, fry the onion in the olive oil until golden.
- Add the corn, mushrooms and olives.
- Leave to braise for 5 minutes. Add the peas and chives.
- Season with salt and pepper and remove from the heat.
- Place the cooked pasta in a bowl and add the sauce, mixing well.
- Pour in the diced cheese and place in a preheated medium oven for 10 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
Crepioca with chicken filling and carrot mayonnaise

Time: 40 minutes
Performance: 1 serving

Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1 egg white
- 2 tablespoons sifted tapioca flour
- Cooked and chopped chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons of avocado
- ½ small grated carrot
- 2 lettuce or rocket leaves
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Himalayan salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Preparation method
- Mix the egg and one egg white well with the tapioca flour until a dough forms.
- Place it in a pan over low heat and brown it on both sides.
- Blend the grated carrot, avocado, lemon juice, salt and black pepper in a food processor.
- Mix the shredded chicken with the carrot mayonnaise.
- Cover the crepioca with lettuce or rocket leaves and add the filling on top.
- Roll up the crepioca and serve.
Chicken breast with broccoli and carrots

Time: 30 minutes
Performance: 5 servings

Ingredients:
- 1 carrot sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup fresh or frozen peas
- 5 chicken breast fillets
- 1 cup sliced green beans
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 cup broccoli florets
Preparation method:
- Steam the carrot, peas and green beans for 5 minutes or until soft.
- Add the broccoli and cook for another 5 minutes or until al dente.
- Heat half the butter in a pan over high heat and brown the chicken fillets for about 2 minutes on each side.
- Season with salt and pepper and arrange on a plate.
- Melt the remaining butter in a pan over medium heat and add the vegetables.
- Brown, season with salt and pepper and transfer to the plate.
- Serve immediately.
