Traditional Northeast Couscous Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (tea) of water
  • 1 dessert spoon of salt
  • 500 g of corn flour
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 cup semi-hard cheese (diced)
