Cooked in a pan and browned in the oven with potatoes, the piece of meat will be even more succulent than usual.

Picanha recipe with potatoes:
Time: 55 minutes (+10 minutes rest)
Performance: 7 servings
Difficulty: easy
Ingredients:
- 1kg of potato meatballs
- 1 piece picanha (1kg to 1.5kg)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh rosemary to taste (optional)
Preparation method:
- In a pan, cook the potatoes in boiling salted water for 5 minutes.
- Turn off, drain and reserve.
- Trim excess fat from the meat and make small diagonal cuts across the entire piece.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Over high heat, heat a pan and fry the picanha in its own fat, browning it on all sides.
- Turn off the heat and transfer the meat into a mould.
- Pour the fat from the pan over it and place the potatoes next to it. If desired, sprinkle more salt over the piece, potatoes and add a few sprigs of rosemary.
- Bake in a preheated medium oven for 35 minutes or until the potatoes are golden brown and the meat is cooked to your desired doneness.
- Turn off, remove and wait 10 minutes.
- Cut the meat into slices and arrange it on a plate with the potatoes. If desired, serve with rice.
