Chef and pastry chef Marcondes Maloca went viral on social media when he shared the new version of the chicken leg: the coraxinha, heart-shaped and filled with stuffing.
“Since Ovoxinha was a success at Easter and Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day are approaching, I decided to prepare the cut heart in the Coxinha version. 80% of my bar’s sales are due to savory snacks, especially coxinha ” Marcondes said Taste.
The heart-shaped coxinha weighs approximately 1.4 kg, serves 3 to 4 people and is available in two flavors: chicken with cream cheese (R$110) and beef with cream and coalho cheese (R$120).
The news went viral on social media at the Maloca snack bar, located in Mossoró (RN) and exceeded 3 million views on Instagram.
