  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 cup of warm water
  • 2 cups of tea sugar
  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • Wheat flour for dusting

Preparation method

Break the 4 eggs into a bowl and separate the whites from the yolks. Then, beat the egg whites with a mixer until stiff. Reserve. Then beat the egg yolks and warm water in a mixer until frothy. Then add the sugar and beat until smooth. Add the wheat flour, yeast and mix gently. Add the egg whites and mix gently. Transfer the mixture into a baking pan greased with butter and floured with wheat flour. Tap the mold to remove excess air bubbles. Place in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 30 minutes. Unmold and serve.

Sponge cake with caramelized banana

ingredients

Pasta

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups sifted wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon of Sweet of yeast
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 200 ml of milk

  • 2 teacups of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup of tea milk Heat
  • 1/2 cup 50% cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Preparation method

In a bowl, mix the hot milk with the cocoa powder and set aside. In the mixer put the sugar and eggs. Beat on high speed for about 8 minutes. Reduce speed and gradually add milk mixture.

Then add the wheat flour and beat for another 2 minutes. Finally add the yeast and beat a little more, at low speed, just to mix. Transfer the mixture into a baking pan greased with butter and floured with wheat flour. Place in a preheated oven at 180ºC for about 45 minutes. Remove from the oven, unmold and serve.

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 3 egg whites
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 200 g of wheat flour
  • Juice and zest of 1 orange
  • Butter for greasing
  • Wheat flour for dusting

Preparation method

Using a mixer, beat the egg yolks with the sugar until frothy. Add the orange juice and zest and mix gently. Gradually add the wheat flour, mixing gently until you obtain a smooth mixture. Reserve.

Using a mixer, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Incorporate the egg whites into the mixture, mixing gently so as not to lose volume. Pour the mixture into the pan greased with butter and floured with wheat flour. Bake in the preheated oven at medium temperature for about 35 minutes. Remove from the oven and leave to cool completely before turning out. Serve immediately.

  • 200 g of sugar
  • 150 g of wheat flour
  • 50 g of coconut grated

Preparation method

Using a mixer, beat the egg yolks with the sugar until frothy. Add the grated coconut and beat to combine. Gradually add the wheat flour to the mixture, stirring gently until you obtain a smooth mixture. Reserve.
