Ingredients:
- 4 1/2 cups cooked rice
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 400 g of dried meat, blanched and chopped
- 2 cups cooked and chopped strawberry squash
- 250 g of sliced mozzarella
- Salt to taste
Preparation method:
- In a container mix the rice, 1 tablespoon of oil, the onion, the meat and the pumpkin.
- Mix very well.
- Pour the mixed contents into a small 29cm x 17cm refractory baking tray greased with the remaining oil.
