Ingredients STUFFED POTATOES IN THE AIRFRYER

– 2 large potato units

– Salt to taste

-oil to taste (or unsalted butter)

PREPARATION:

  1. Separate the ingredients and utensils for the recipe.
  2. Fillings – Suggestions:
  • Butter with parsley
  • Crispy bacon cubes
  • Cream cheese with green onions
  • Cream cheese (gorgonzola, parmesan, gruyere)
  • Mushrooms (shimeji, shitake) with thyme
  • Shredded chicken with cream cheese
  • Vegetables with soy sauce

3. Preheat the Airfryer to 200°C.

PREPARATION:

Baked potatoes:

  1. Wash the potatoes and dry them.
  2. Grease them with a drizzle of oil or olive oil, until the entire surface has a thin layer of fat.
  3. Season with salt.
  4. Place the potatoes in the Airfryer basket, leaving space between them.
  5. Insert the basket into the equipment drawer and close.
  6. Cook the potatoes for 25 minutes.
  7. Open the fruit and vegetable compartment, turn the potatoes and cook for another 15-20 minutes.
  8. Check the cooking time, as it depends on the size of the potatoes and the power of your equipment.
  9. While the potatoes are cooking, prepare your favorite filling (see some suggestions above).

Potatoes – Stuffing:

  1. When the potatoes are cooked, remove them from the Airfryer.
  2. Place on a cutting board and make a cut lengthwise, deep enough to open the potatoes at the top.
  3. Give it a little pressure to open the cut further.
  4. Use a fork to dig out the pulp so that the filling settles better and mixes with the potato.
  5. Add a little butter and salt and mix well.
  6. Spread the chosen filling on top.
  7. If the filling needs to brown, return the potatoes to the Airfryer.

FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:

  1. It is used for stuffed potatoes in the Airfryer immediately, as a main course or as a side dish.
