Ingredients STUFFED POTATOES IN THE AIRFRYER
– 2 large potato units
– Salt to taste
-oil to taste (or unsalted butter)

PREPARATION:
- Separate the ingredients and utensils for the recipe.
- Fillings – Suggestions:
- Butter with parsley
- Crispy bacon cubes
- Cream cheese with green onions
- Cream cheese (gorgonzola, parmesan, gruyere)
- Mushrooms (shimeji, shitake) with thyme
- Shredded chicken with cream cheese
- Vegetables with soy sauce
3. Preheat the Airfryer to 200°C.
PREPARATION:
Baked potatoes:
- Wash the potatoes and dry them.
- Grease them with a drizzle of oil or olive oil, until the entire surface has a thin layer of fat.
- Season with salt.
- Place the potatoes in the Airfryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Insert the basket into the equipment drawer and close.
- Cook the potatoes for 25 minutes.
- Open the fruit and vegetable compartment, turn the potatoes and cook for another 15-20 minutes.
- Check the cooking time, as it depends on the size of the potatoes and the power of your equipment.
- While the potatoes are cooking, prepare your favorite filling (see some suggestions above).
Potatoes – Stuffing:
- When the potatoes are cooked, remove them from the Airfryer.
- Place on a cutting board and make a cut lengthwise, deep enough to open the potatoes at the top.
- Give it a little pressure to open the cut further.
- Use a fork to dig out the pulp so that the filling settles better and mixes with the potato.
- Add a little butter and salt and mix well.
- Spread the chosen filling on top.
- If the filling needs to brown, return the potatoes to the Airfryer.
FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:
- It is used for stuffed potatoes in the Airfryer immediately, as a main course or as a side dish.
