CRISPY BACON Ingredients

– 100 g of bacon (or slice of bacon)

PREPARATION:

  1. Separate the bacon and utensils to make the recipe.
  2. If you don’t buy it already sliced, slice the bacon into thin slices.

Crispy Bacon:

  1. Place 2 or 3 sheets of absorbent paper on a plate and place the bacon slices on top.
  2. Cover with another 2 or 3 sheets of absorbent paper.
  3. Place in the microwave and cook every 2 minutes, until the bacon is well dehydrated and dry.
  4. Remove from microwave and transfer bacon to a cutting board.
  5. Wait for it to cool so that it becomes very crunchy.
  6. Using a sharp knife, chop the bacon into whatever size pieces you like; bacon can also be chopped using a food processor.
