Super delicious carrot cake – special recipe for Airfryer – fits perfectly into the equipment
The carrot cake most loved by Brazilians, in the version to be made with the Airfryer
Recipe for 2 people.

Preparation: 00:50 + cooling time

1 colander(s), 2 bowl(s), 1 wire whisk, 1 frying pan(es), 1 cutting board(s), 1 potato peeler (optional)

cup = 240 ml, spoon = 15 ml, teaspoon = 10 ml, teaspoon = 5 ml
Ingredients CARROT CAKE IN THE FRYER
– 1 medium-sized raw carrot, peeled and cut into slices
– 1/2 cup(s) oil + a little to grease the pan (or oil)
– 2 units of eggs
– 1 cup(s) wheat flour + a little for dusting the pan
– 1 cup(s) sugar (or demerara sugar)
– 1/2 tablespoon(s) of chemical yeast
PREPARATION:
- Separate all ingredients and utensils for the recipe.
- The recipe for 2 people fits in a 4 liter Airfryer in a 20cm diameter and 6cm high pan. If you need to prepare multiple portions, place them in the tray(s) of a size compatible with your equipment and divide the preparation in the Airfryer, cooking one cake at a time.
- Wash and peel the carrot and cut it into medium slices.
- Sift the wheat flour into a bowl.
- Grease a mold with oil and sprinkle with flour.
- Preheat the Airfryer to 160ÂșC.
PREPARATION:
Carrot cake in the Airfryer – preparation of the dough:
- In a blender, blend the carrot slices with the oil to break them up.
- While whisking, add the whole eggs, one at a time, until you obtain a smooth mixture.
- Add the sugar and beat to combine.
- Transfer the dough into a bowl and, with the help of a wire whisk, gradually add the flour.
- Finally add the yeast and mix to combine.
Carrot cake in the Airfryer – cooking:
- Place the dough in the already buttered and floured pan.
- Place the pan in the Airfryer basket and close the drawer.
- Bake at 160°C for 30 minutes or if you test with a toothpick it comes out clean.
- Remove the cake from the Airfryer and shake the pan lightly to see if the cake loosens.
- Leave to cool and turn out onto a serving plate.
FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:
- Serve the carrot cake in the Airfryer sliced.
- Cover with chocolate syrup of your choice (optional).
- Store at room temperature for up to 3 days.
