Preparation method

  • 1kg of guavas ripe, peeled and chopped

Then add the eggs and lemon juice and cook until lumps form and the syrup reduces. Turn off the heat and transfer the ambrosia to a container. Serve immediately.

  • 3 cups of tea sugar
  • 2 green papayas, peeled and grated
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • 5 cloves

Preparation method

In a pan, add the sugar and papaya and cook over medium heat until the mixture becomes syrupy. Add the cloves and cinnamon and cook for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Turn off the heat, transfer the sweets into a container with a lid, wait for them to cool and then serve.
