- 3 cups of tea sugar
- 2 green papayas, peeled and grated
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- 5 cloves
Preparation method
In a pan, add the sugar and papaya and cook over medium heat until the mixture becomes syrupy. Add the cloves and cinnamon and cook for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Turn off the heat, transfer the sweets into a container with a lid, wait for them to cool and then serve.

- 500 g of peanuts
- 700 g of sugar
- 395 g of condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
Preparation method
Place the peanuts in a baking dish and place them in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 20 minutes. Turn off the oven, remove the shell from the peanuts and place them in a pan. Add the sugar and cook over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Add the condensed milk and butter and cook until smooth, stirring constantly. Turn off the heat, wait for it to cool and, using a spoon, take some dough and shape the candies. Place on a smooth surface greased with butter and repeat the operation with the rest of the dough. Wait for it to cool and then serve.
