1) Passion fruit mousse: a quick, easy and very tasty passion fruit mousse



Passion fruit mousse

Portion: 4 people

TOOLS: 2 pans, 2 bowls, a spatula, 1 whisk (optional), 1 strainer.

EQUIPMENT: conventional, mixer, blender (optional).

INGREDIENTS Passion fruit mousse:

  • 3 units of passion fruit (use the pulp for the recipe and the seeds for decoration)
  • 50ml water, filtered
  • 1 sachet of unflavored gelatin powder
  • 100 ml fresh cream or canned cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar (half to beat with egg whites)
  • 2 egg(s) (whites only)

2) Lemon Mousse: A delicate dessert with just the right amount of tart flavor.

  • 4 units of eggs – whites and yolks separated
  • salt to taste (a pinch)
  • 2 teaspoons of colorless and tasteless powdered gelatine
  • 8 tablespoon(s) of sugar
  • 2 lemons (juice) and zest (see recipe)

Ingredients TO COMPLETE:

  • lemon to taste (zest)
  • biscuit of your choice, crumbled (optional)

3) Strawberry Mousse: Super tasty strawberry mousse made with a blender, with gelatin – it couldn’t be simpler.

STRAWBERRY MOUSSE Ingredients:

  • 12 g colorless and tasteless gelatine powder (1 sachet = 12 g), hydrates
  • 6 tablespoons water (to hydrate the gelatin)
  • 500g strawberries coarsely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon(s) lemon (juice)
  • 1 can(s) of condensed milk
  • 1 can(s) whey-free cream

Ingredients TO DECORATE AND FINISH (OPTIONAL)

  • Strawberries to taste, washed with stems (optional)
  • lemon to taste (zest) (optional)
