Granola in the AirFryer: try the healthy, practical and delicious recipe

In just 30 minutes you can create your own Granola recipe in AirFryer, with your favorite ingredients. In this way it is also possible to have more precise control over the ingredients that make up the menu.

Granola recipe in the AirFryer

Time: 30 minutes

Performance: 5 servings

Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups large rolled oats
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 cup chestnuts, seeds and nuts. Suggestions: cashews, pumpkin seeds, brazil nuts, sunflower seeds, macadamia nuts, almonds, chia and shredded coconut
  • ½ cup dried fruit. Suggestions: banana, apricot and raisins
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • A little bit of salt

Preparation method:

  1. First, preheat the electric fryer to 180ºC for 20 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the oats, cashews, seeds and nuts.
  3. Melt the coconut oil by placing it in the microwave for 30 seconds.
  4. Mix honey, salt, cinnamon and coconut oil in a separate container.
  5. Add all ingredients into a single container suitable for use with the AirFryer.
  6. Place the container in the electric fryer and bake for 15 minutes at 160ºC.
  7. Meanwhile, stir the basket every five minutes.
  8. At the end of the indicated time, or when it is uniformly crispy, turn off the AirFryer.
  9. When the granola is cold, add the dried fruit and enjoy your meal!
