Understand emotions better
Fear: This is one of the emotions that represent a lack of knowledge. Everything we don’t know generates fear, is uncertain, new. To face fear, understand what you need to learn, what knowledge will bring you the necessary confidence. Knowledge cures fear, don’t let it paralyze you.
Sadness: This emotion paralyzes us even when we cannot identify what is wrong. Self-knowledge is the key. When we are sad it is because something is wrong in our life. Is it work, relationships, family, friends? What is bringing this feeling to you, identify it and resolve it. Taking a decision.
Anger: Anger is not knowing how to deal with things. When this feeling awakens, it is because we do not want to face something. Understand that anger is a driving force, it moves us. So use anger to try to destroy what is stopping you from moving forward. Acquire resources to face adversity. Use that emotion for movement!
Happiness: creativity, spontaneity and freedom are some emotions triggered by joy. It pushes you towards success. However, balance it with rationality so as not to act out of pure emotion, carried away by the moment of euphoria.
