Healthy apple pie

ingredients
- 3 pieces of apple
- 1 lemon (zest and juice)
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1/3 cup gluten-free flour blend
- 1 teaspoon of yeast
- 1 tablespoon Andean stevia (leaves no aftertaste)
- 2 tablespoons of cinnamon
- 3 whole eggs
- 80 ml vegetable drink
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Preparation method
Slice the apples very thinly. Sift the flour so that there are no lumps. In another bowl, place the apples, lemon zest and lemon juice. Mix well to avoid oxidation. Beat the eggs with the vegetable drink and olive oil. Combine all the ingredients, mix and put in a mold. If necessary, adjust and cook in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
