Roasted leg and leg with vegetables
Time: 50 minutes

Ingredients:
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 1 piece of Calabrian sausage without slices
- 2 onions sliced
- 1 teaspoon of coloring powder
- 2 cups (tea) of water
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 3 sliced potatoes
- 2 cubes of cassava
- 1 sliced carrot
- 1/2 cup chopped green chili pepper for sprinkling
Preparation method:
- Season the chicken with garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Heat a pressure cooker with oil over medium heat and fry the chicken until lightly browned.
- Add the peppers, onion, coloring and fry for another 2 minutes.
- Add the water and chicken broth, cover and cook for 10 minutes from when the pressure starts.
- Turn off and let the pressure release naturally.
- Open the pan, add the vegetables, salt and, if necessary, cover with more water.
- Cook with the pan partially open for another 15 minutes or until the vegetables have softened.
- Transfer to a serving plate, sprinkle with the green perfume and serve immediately.
