Suggested by Jamine, this recipe uses gluten-free oats instead of wheat flour and contains agave syrup which, in addition to giving it an even sweeter touch, also brings benefits such as balancing blood sugar levels, preventing diabetes and helping with slimming diets . Oat donuts with agave syrup


  • 1 cup (tea) finely flaked gluten-free oats;
  • 2 tablespoons organic agave syrup;
  • ⅓ cup (tea) applesauce;
  • 1 ripe banana;
  • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon;
  • 2 tablespoons of almond flour.

Preparation method

Mash the banana and mix it with the other ingredients. Shape the dough into donuts, making a hole in the centre. Place them on a greased baking tray and bake at 180°C for 10 minutes. Turn them over and cook for another 5 minutes. Serve hot with agave syrup garnish.
