Preparation method

Arrange the slices on a baking tray and place them in a preheated oven at medium temperature for 5 minutes. Lower the oven temperature to 125°C. Place a portion of the tomato mixture on each toast and top with mozzarella. Place back in the oven until the cheese melts. Serve immediately.
Rosemary toast

- 1 Italian bread cut into diagonal slices
- Fresh rosemary, salt and olive oil to taste
Preparation method
Blend the rosemary in the blender for 2 minutes. Then place the bread slices in a pan and add the rosemary, salt and olive oil. Place in preheated oven at high temperature until golden brown. Serve immediately.

- 1 drizzle of olive oil
- Grated cheese, ground black pepper, salt and oregano to taste
Preparation method
In a bowl, mix the grated cheese, salt, olive oil, black pepper and oregano. Cut the bread into squares, arrange them on a baking tray and cover each with a portion of the mature cheese mixture. Place the pan in the preheated oven at high temperature and let it toast for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden. Serve immediately.
Toast

ingredients
- 2 slices of bread cut into squares
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- Ground black pepper, salt and dried parsley to taste
Preparation method
Place the bread squares in a container and season them with 1 tablespoon of soup of olive oil, oregano, ground black pepper, dehydrated parsley and salt. Mix well. Then remove the aluminum foil and bake for another 5 minutes, or until the bread is golden and crunchy. Serve with soup.

ingredients
- 2 sweet potatoes in their skins
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic, cut into slices
- Salt, aromatic herbs and ground black pepper to taste
- Juice of one lemon
Preparation method
Cut the sweet potatoes into thick sticks. In a bowl, mix the sweet potato sticks with the olive oil, salt, lemon juice, garlic cloves, herbs and black pepper and leave to marinate for 15 minutes. Arrange the sweet potato sticks on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil, without overlapping them, and place them in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes, turning them halfway through.
