Discover the recipes that can help defend the body during this time of year

Additionally, people tend to stay indoors longer to protect themselves from the cold, which makes it easier for pathogens to be transmitted from one person to another.
Homeopathic pharmacist Jamar Tejada (Tejard) says some herbs can help prevent flu and respiratory illnesses that can appear with temperature changes. “Some herbs are known to help strengthen the body’s defenses and prevent common diseases associated with these climate changes,” he says.
Next, the professional will teach you how to prepare some herbal teas at home to help prevent diseases typical of this time of year. Watch!
