cup = 240 ml, spoon = 15 ml, teaspoon = 10 ml, teaspoon = 5 ml
PAMONHA ingredients IN THE AIRFRYER
– 3 units of fresh green corn, washed and threshed
– 1/2 cup(s) of milk
– 1/2 tablespoon(s) unsalted butter, softened
– 120 g of sugar (1 tablespoon = 12 g)
– Salt to taste
PREPARATION:
- Separate the ingredients and utensils for the recipe. For 1 entire recipe, consider 4 portions and use a 20 cm pan (round or square) or adjust according to the capacity of your Airfryer.
- Remove the butter from the refrigerator to soften it.
- Remove the corn husks and hairs and wash the ears. On a cutting board, using a sharp knife, remove the corn kernels from the cobs.
- Grease a large baking dish with butter and sprinkle with sugar.
- Preheat the Airfryer to 160°C.
PREPARATION:
Tamale in the Airfryer – preparing the dough:
- Place the milk, butter, sugar and a pinch of salt in a blender and blend to combine.
- Add the corn kernels little by little and beat well for about 5 minutes until you obtain a smooth mixture.
Tamale in the Airfryer – cooking:
- Turn off the blender and transfer the tamale to the greased baking dish sprinkled with sugar.
- Place the pan in the basket and insert it into the Airfryer drawer.
- Bake in the oven at 160°C for about 25 minutes, or until lightly golden.
- Remove from the Airfyer and let it cool.
FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:
- It is used for tamale in the air fryer in hot or cold refractory form.
