Creamy corn hominy with dulce de leche

Ingredients:

  • 250 g of corn for hominy
  • 2 liters of water
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 cloves
  • 1.5 liters of hot milk
  • 1/2 cup (tea) sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups (tea) dulce de leche, cut into cubes

Preparation method:

  1. Leave the corn to soak in water for 2 hours.
  2. Pour the cinnamon, cloves and sauce water into the pressure cooker and cover.
