VEGETABLES IN THE AIRFRYER Ingredients:
– 1 medium courgette, cut into slices
– 1 small aubergine(s), cut into slices
– 1 unit of onion, cut into quarters (see preparation)
– 1 unit of tomato, cut into quarters
– olive oil to taste
– Salt to taste
– pepper to taste THE
Finishing ingredients
– green onion to taste, cut into rings
PREPARATION:
- Separate the ingredients and utensils for the recipe.
- Adjust the quantities according to your preferences if you wish to serve it as a main dish.
- Wash and dry the courgettes and aubergines. Cut them into medium slices in proportional sizes.
- Peel the onion, remove the excess root, without removing it or cutting it too much, so that the quarters do not separate. Cut it in half lengthwise and divide again to make 4 quarters.
- Wash the tomato and cut it into 4 parts lengthwise.
- Optional: wash and dry the green onion, cut it into rings and set aside on absorbent paper.
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, salt and pepper to coat the vegetables.
- Preheat the Airfryer to 200°C.
PREPARATION:
Vegetables (courgettes, aubergines, tomatoes and onions) in the Airfryer:
- Brush the vegetables with the seasoned olive oil, avoiding soaking them.
- Arrange the vegetables in the Airfryer basket, without overlapping them to ensure even cooking.
- Depending on the quantity and size of the basket, cook in stages.
- Insert the basket into the Airfryer and bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes, turning the vegetables halfway through cooking so that they brown evenly.
FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:
- Remove the vegetables from the Airfryer and arrange them on a serving plate, or distribute them directly onto the plates.
- Serve the vegetables (courgettes, aubergines, tomato and onion) at Airfryer as a side dish or main course
