Crispy chicken strips

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1 grated onion
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 pack of coarsely chopped salt and water biscuits (200g)
  • 100 g grated parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil for greasing

Preparation method:

  1. In a large, clean plastic bag, place the chicken strips, onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, and beaten egg.
  2. Close the bag and shake evenly to taste.
  3. Remove from the bag and, on a plate, mix the crumbled biscuits with the parmesan and then bread the chicken strips.
  4. Spread the strips in a large pan greased with olive oil and place in a preheated medium oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and serve immediately, if desired, accompanied by your favorite sauce.
