Frozen Chocolate Pudding

ingredients

  • 500 g of condensed milk
  • 250 g of cream
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 200 ml of milk
  • 20 g of jelly tasteless
  • 100 ml of warm water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • Coconut oil for greasing

Preparation method

In a container, dissolve the gelatin in warm water, mixing well. Reserve. In a blender, add the condensed milk, cream, cocoa powder, milk and vanilla essence. Beat for about 4 minutes until smooth. Add the dissolved gelatin to the blender mixture and blend for another 2 minutes.

Grease a pudding mold with coconut oil and pour the blender mixture into it. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until firm. Remove the pudding from the refrigerator, run a knife around the edge to loosen it from the mold, and invert it onto a plate. Serve immediately.

Brownie in a cup

ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon essence vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate chips

Preparation method

In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the wheat flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt. Add the water, vegetable oil, and vanilla essence and mix until smooth and lump-free. Add the chocolate chips to the mixture and gently stir to distribute evenly.

Place the cup in the microwave and cook on high for 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes. The brownie is done when it is firm to the touch but still moist in the center. Let it cool for a few minutes before eating.



Chocolate bars with caramelized almonds

ingredients

  • 75 g of brown sugar
  • 150 g of shelled and toasted almonds
  • 300 g of semi-sweet chocolate fractionated
  • Coconut oil for greasing

Preparation method

Place the brown sugar in a pan and heat over medium heat until it melts and forms a golden caramel. Add the almonds toast and mix well to coat evenly. Pour the mixture onto a surface greased with coconut oil and let cool. Once cool, break it into smaller pieces and set aside.

Melt the semi-sweet chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until the mixture is smooth. Then add the caramelized almonds to the chocolate. Pour the mixture into a baking dish greased with coconut oil, spreading it with a spatula to even it out.

Refrigerate for about 20 minutes, until the chocolate begins to harden but is still pliable. Remove from the refrigerator and cut into bars or sticks with a sharp knife. Refrigerate for another 15 minutes. Once cooled, remove from the refrigerator and serve.
