Fried minced beef kebab
Time: 1h (+5h soaking) (+40min in the fridge)

Ingredients:
- 2 cups wheat for kibbeh
- 1 grated onion
- 1/2 cup chopped mint
- 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
- Salt, pepper and chopped parsley to taste
- Fry oil
Filling:
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 300 g minced meat
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation method:
- For the filling, heat a pan over medium heat with oil and fry the onion until soft.
- Add the meat and brown it until the water has dried up.
- Mix in the parsley and season with salt and pepper.
- Meanwhile, for the kibbeh, place the wheat in a bowl, cover with warm water and leave to soak for 5 hours.
- Drain them in a colander, squeezing them with your hand to eliminate all the liquid.
- Transfer to a bowl, add the minced meat, onion, mint, flour and then season with salt, pepper and parsley.
- Knead until the mixture is smooth.
- Open portions of dough between your hands, fill them with the braised meat and form small kibbeh.
- Place it in a bowl, cover and refrigerate for 40 minutes.
- Drain them and fry them, a few at a time, in boiling oil until golden.
- Drain on absorbent paper and serve immediately.
