Japanese professor Hidetoshi Endo explores the processes that occur with the human brain as we age. The scientist is convinced that training this “muscle” is just as important as all the others in the human body. Constant solving of puzzles and riddles will improve memory, but most importantly – slow down the aging process in the body.
