Ingredients:
- 4 rump steaks weighing approximately 150 g each
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 seeded yellow bell pepper, diced
- 2 diced seedless tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons chopped green chili pepper
Preparation method:
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
- Heat a deep skillet over high heat with the oil and brown the steaks for 3 minutes on each side.
