Baked Pear with Cinnamon
ingredients
- 1 medium pear
- 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
- 2 cloves
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar (optional)
Preparation method
Cut the pear into 4 parts, removing the seeds. It is preferable to keep the peel. Prepare a mixture of brown sugar and cinnamon powder. Distribute the cinnamon sugar on the surface of the pear slices. Place the slices in a glass container, add the cloves for flavor and put in the microwave for about 2 minutes. If desired, repeat the microwave time until the pear has reached the preferred consistency (it will become softer and softer!). If you prefer, you can make the same recipe replacing the pear with an apple.
