cup = 240 ml, tablespoon = 15 ml, teaspoon = 10 ml, teaspoon = 5 ml

Ingredients Traditional homemade cappuccino mix

– 5 tablespoons of powdered milk

– 4 tablespoons of sugar

– 2 tablespoons of instant coffee

– 3 teaspoons of chocolate powder

– 1 teaspoon(s) of baking soda

– 1/2 teaspoon(s) of cinnamon powder

PREPARATION:

  1. Separate the recipe ingredients and utensils.
  2. This recipe calls for making a larger quantity of powder than the portions selected above, considering the size of a cup of coffee to serve the cappuccino.
  3. Bring the water to the boil to prepare the cappuccino.

PREPARATION:

  1. Mix the ingredients in a closed container, preferably an airtight container, well sanitized and dry.
  2. For a cup of coffee use 2 teaspoons of cappuccino powder and top up with boiling water.
  3. Store excess mixture in an airtight container for future use, following the suggested measurement.

FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:

  1. Serve very hot and, if desired, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with a little chocolate powder or cinnamon.
