Creamy corn soup

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of milk (tea)
- 1 can of drained corn
- 4 tablespoons corn flour
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cups (tea) of water
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup cream cheese (tea).
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1/3 cup (tea) of grated semi-mature Minas cheese
Preparation method:
- Blend the milk, half of the corn and the flour in a blender until smooth.
- Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat and sauté the onion for 2 minutes.
- Pour in the whipped cream, the remaining corn, the water, salt, pepper and mix until thickened.
- Add the ricotta and mix.
- Pour the corn cream into bowls, sprinkle with parsley and cheese and serve.
