Ingredients:
- 1/2 pack of tagliatelle (250g)
- 8 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons light cream cheese
Preparation method:
- Add plenty of water to a saucepan, add salt, heat over high heat and bring to the boil.
- Add the tagliatelle all at once, stir and boil again for 15 minutes or until the tagliatelle are al dente.
- Drain and reserve.
- Separately, heat a pan over high heat with the olive oil, add the garlic and brown, stirring constantly, until it begins to soften.
