  • 1/2 pack of tagliatelle (250g)
  • 8 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons light cream cheese

Preparation method:

  1. Add plenty of water to a saucepan, add salt, heat over high heat and bring to the boil.
  2. Add the tagliatelle all at once, stir and boil again for 15 minutes or until the tagliatelle are al dente.
  3. Drain and reserve.
  4. Separately, heat a pan over high heat with the olive oil, add the garlic and brown, stirring constantly, until it begins to soften.
