Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk (tea).
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1 1/2 cups (tea) sugar
- 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon of yeast
- Margarine and wheat flour for greasing
Syrup
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons of milk
Preparation method:
- In a blender add the eggs, milk, lemon zest, margarine, sugar, flour and yeast.
- Beat until smooth and turn off.
- Pour the mixture into a medium-sized, greased and floured pan, with a hole in the center.
- Bake in a preheated medium oven for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- In a bowl, mix all the syrup ingredients.
- Remove the cake from the oven, let it cool, remove the mold and cover with the syrup before serving.
