Blender cake

Time: 1 hour

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk (tea).
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 1/2 cups (tea) sugar
  • 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon of yeast
  • Margarine and wheat flour for greasing

Syrup

  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons of milk

Preparation method:

  1. In a blender add the eggs, milk, lemon zest, margarine, sugar, flour and yeast.
  2. Beat until smooth and turn off.
  3. Pour the mixture into a medium-sized, greased and floured pan, with a hole in the center.
  4. Bake in a preheated medium oven for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  5. In a bowl, mix all the syrup ingredients.
  6. Remove the cake from the oven, let it cool, remove the mold and cover with the syrup before serving.
