Steak in a pan

Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 kg of firm thighs in steaks
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 red pepper, cut into strips
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1/2 cup (tea) tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup (tea) water
Preparation method:
- Heat a pressure cooker with olive oil and fry the steaks seasoned with salt and pepper for 3 minutes.
- Add the onion, peppers, garlic and sauté for 3 minutes.
- Add the tomato, sauce, water, season with salt and cover the pan.
- Cook for 8 minutes from the start of the pressure.
- Turn off, let the pressure release naturally, and open the pan.
- Transfer to a plate and serve immediately.
