Pan-fried Steak: Shake Up Your Menu With This Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 kg of firm thighs in steaks
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 red pepper, cut into strips
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/2 cup (tea) tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup (tea) water

Preparation method:

  1. Heat a pressure cooker with olive oil and fry the steaks seasoned with salt and pepper for 3 minutes.
  2. Add the onion, peppers, garlic and sauté for 3 minutes.
  3. Add the tomato, sauce, water, season with salt and cover the pan.
  4. Cook for 8 minutes from the start of the pressure.
  5. Turn off, let the pressure release naturally, and open the pan.
  6. Transfer to a plate and serve immediately.
