Ice cream cake

Ingredients:
- 1 pack of crushed cornstarch biscuits (200g)
- 1 cup dulce de leche
- 300g chopped milk chocolate
- 1 pack of cream (200 g)
Ninho® Milk Ice Cream:
- 1 tablespoon colorless and tasteless gelatin powder
- 1/2 cup (tea) water
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 pack of cream (200 g)
- 3 tablespoons of Ninho® powdered milk
- 1 cup chopped milk chocolate
Preparation method:
- For the ice cream, hydrate the gelatine in water and dissolve it in a bain-marie.
- Blend the condensed milk, cream and milk powder in a blender for 4 minutes.
- Transfer to a bowl, add the chopped chocolate and spread into a 31 x 12cm English cake tin lined with cling film.
- Place in the freezer for 12 hours.
- Mix the crushed biscuits with the dulce de leche and spread on the ice cream, leveling it.
- Place in the freezer for another 1 hour.
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, add the cream and mix.
- Spread half of it on the biscuit and put it back in the freezer for another hour.
- Unmold, remove the film and decorate by creating streaks with the remaining melted chocolate. Serve.
