Discover how to awaken your sixth sense and hear your inner guiding voice!
Intuition is a powerful skill that can help us in various situations, such as making an important decision. It is a skill that We all have it, but it needs to be developed. Below, we have six tips that can help you access your sixth sense. Watch!
1. Pay attention to your dreams
According to the father of psychoanalysis, Sigmund Freud, in his book “The Interpretation of Dreams”, the dream is nothing more than the road that leads to the unconscious.
This means that sleep is the perfect time to observe the manifestations of the unconscious through dreams. So, the following mornings, immediately after waking up, write down what dreams you had during the night.
The ideal is to describe the visualizations and emotions experienced in as much detail as possible. To make your work easier and not forget anything, leave a notebook next to your bed to use as soon as you wake up.
This way you will have a dream journal to be able to interpret the messages revealed by your unconscious and you will be closer to your sixth sense.
2. Write down your daily thoughts
Intuition is not only awakened through the description and interpretation of dreams; you can also reach it through the flow of everyday thoughts. Have you ever caught yourself thinking about something that didn’t make much sense at the time? Or have you had sudden sensations, without having received any stimuli that could explain the sensation?
No matter what it is, from reflections to the simplest wishes, write everything down in a notebook, as if it were a diary of thoughts. In each description, be sincere and try to understand the content of the message after writing the details of the situation.
3. Don’t ignore emotions
When you meet a new person or a new place, pay attention to the emotions you feel, because they can be a tool of communication between you and your sixth sense.
The heart has a lot to say and knows what is good and what is bad for you. However, your voice tends to go unheard, due to people’s lack of trust.
If you are afraid to let this inner feeling guide you, at least once, test your intuition. To do this, you will have to expose yourself to something outside of your comfort zone, so that you do not act automatically, but feel what your body has to say about how to deal with the circumstance.
There are many possibilities that it is correct, but for it to work you need to keep your mind, body and heart in balance, so that there is a connection between all parts of your being.
4. Keep your balance
Perfect balance is achieved through meditation. With it, you gain control over your thoughts, reducing the noise influenced by external agents over which you have no control.
By silencing what comes from outside, the inner voice can be heard with more clarity and sensitivity. You will develop self-knowledge and, therefore, you will know how to differentiate judgment from intuition.
This means that with the full concentration stimulated by meditation, you will become more sensitive to changes in your body and understand how your mind works. Therefore, you will have no difficulty in distinguishing between sixth sense and logical thinking.
There are different types of meditation and there is certainly one that suits you best. Start practicing as early as possible to enjoy the benefits in the intuitive area.
5. Observe the world around you
External agents influence our actions. Whether they are people, problems or events that are beyond our control, the content of these agents is absorbed by us and, if not controlled, they create roots that suck our vital energy, causing the feeling of physical and/or mental exhaustion.
Observing the world is a way to analyze what is around, to identify the “energy thieves”. Knowing who they are works like a medical diagnosis in which, by recognizing the disease, it is possible to find a cure.
Find out what is troubling you and allow your sixth sense to work on the problem. Your inner voice will guide you to the solution, and along the way, you will feel supported and wiser, because you are listening to what your heart is saying – and that is the purest and fullest manifestation of your true self.
6. Enjoy moments of solitude
Being alone is an opportunity to look inside yourself without being interrupted. Ask yourself: “What can I do for myself today?” The first thing that comes to mind, if it makes you feel good and fills your heart, is your intuition speaking to you.
Without judging your desires and actions, do what you want and then reflect on how you feel. The sixth sense brings only good energy and will never hurt you.
As long as your mind is at peace, the inner voice is active. But going against it is the same as denying yourself, causing dissatisfaction and the thought of being lost in the world. Therefore, respect and cultivate your sixth sense!
