EQUIPMENT

conventional + microwave + conventional

METERS

cup = 240 ml, tablespoon = 15 ml, teaspoon = 10 ml, teaspoon = 5 ml

OVEN CAKE Ingredients:

– 3 units of eggs

– 1 can/cans of condensed milk

– 200 ml of coconut milk

– 150 g of fresh or hydrated grated coconut

– 1/2 tablespoon(s) unsalted butter + a little for greasing

PREPARATION:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C – if your oven has the possibility of regulating the temperature, it is better to cook at 160°C – the cocada will be creamier.
  2. Grease the mold or refractory with butter. For 2 portions, use a 20 cm measure (round or square).
  3. In a non-metallic bowl, melt the butter in the microwave for a few seconds.

PREPARATION:

Coca Cola:

  1. In a bowl where you can prepare the entire recipe, put the eggs and beat.
  2. Then add the coconut milk and the condensed milk and mix well with a spatula.
  3. Add the melted butter and grated coconut.
  4. Mix to combine all the ingredients.
  5. Pour the mixture into the refractory or buttered mold.
  6. Bake in a preheated medium oven for about 30 minutes or until the coconut is cooked and golden (test with a toothpick, if it comes out dry it’s ready)

FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:

  1. Cut the Baked coconut into squares and serve – if you prefer, the cocada can be served hot and, if desired, accompanied by ice cream of your choice.
