- 1 sachet for unflavored powdered gelatin
- 1/2 cup (tea) of milk
- 170 g of chopped semisweet chocolate
- 3 tablespoons of chocolate liqueur
- 1 box of sour cream (200 g)
- 1 cup of hazelnut cream
- Dark chocolate flakes and sour cherries in syrup to decorate
Method of preparation:
Moisturize the gelatin in the milk and bring to low heat to melt it, without letting it boil. In a bowl, melt the chopped chocolate in the microwave or in a double boiler. Mix half of the melted chocolate with the liqueur and half of the box of cream. Reserve.
Beat the rest of the chocolate in the blender with the gelatin, remaining cream and hazelnut cream until smooth. Ingredients:
- 1 sachet of unflavored powdered gelatin
- 1 can of milk (use the empty condensed milk can to measure)
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 can of sour cream (300 g)
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
Syrup:
- 1 cup (tea) of sugar
- 1/4 cup (tea) of water
Method of preparation:
For the syrup, dissolve the sugar in the water in a saucepan and bring to low heat, without stirring, for 15 minutes or until a golden caramel is obtained. Pour into a central 22cm diameter hole and twist to grease evenly. Moisturize the gelatin in the milk and dissolve it in a water bath.
Beat the blender with the condensed milk, cream and essence until the mixture is smooth. Pour into the mold and refrigerate for 2 hours or until solidified. Finally, unmold and serve immediately.

- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 sachet of unflavored powdered gelatin
- 6 tablespoons of water
Filling:
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 box of sour cream (200 g)
- 1/2 cup of concentrated passion fruit juice
- 1 box of passion fruit flavored gelatin powder
- 1/2 cup (tea) of hot water
Syrup:
- Pulp of 1 passion fruit
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 3 tablespoons of water
Method of preparation:
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave, pour it into a blender and beat with the cream and condensed milk until the mixture is smooth. Divide into two parts and set aside. Mix the unflavored gelatin with the water and dissolve it in a water bath. Divide between the two chocolate creams. Pour one of the parts of the chocolate cream into a moistened hole in the center of 24 cm in diameter. Refrigerate for 40 minutes.
For the filling, whisk the condensed milk, cream and passion fruit juice in a blender. Mix the passion fruit jelly in hot water until dissolved. Add to blender and blend a little more. Pour the mold over the chocolate cream and refrigerate for another 40 minutes.

Egg white pudding with chocolate syrup

Ingredients:
- 6 egg whites
- Zest of 1/2 orange
- 1 pinch of salt
- 6 tablespoons of sugar
- margarine to grease
Chocolate syrup:
- 3 yolks passed through a sieve
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 3 tablespoons of chocolate powder
- 2 cans of milk (use the empty condensed milk can to measure)
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
- 2 tablespoons of rum
Method of preparation:
Beat the egg whites until stiff. Still beating, add the orange zest, salt and sugar. Pour this mixture into a central hole of 24 cm in diameter, greased with margarine. Level the surface with a damp knife. Bake in a preheated oven in a bain marie for about 25 minutes.
Turn out while still hot. For the sauce, beat the egg yolks with the condensed milk. Bring the milk to the boil, add the vanilla essence and add the chocolate and condensed milk mixture. Place in a water bath, stir until thickened, about 20 minutes. Allow to cool and pour over the cooled pudding.

- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 170 g of chopped semisweet chocolate
Method of preparation:
In a bowl, dissolve the gelatin in hot water and let it cool. Pour into the blender and whisk with the condensed milk, lemon juice and cream until smooth. Transfer to a moistened 20cm diameter hole in the center form and refrigerate for 4 hours or until firm.
For the syrup, in a pan, bring the milk, sugar and butter over medium heat until it boils. Turn off, add the chocolate and mix until melted. Let it cool down. Turn out the pudding, drizzle with the syrup and serve immediately.

- 1 and 1/2 cans of condensed milk
- 2 cups (tea) of milk
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- 5 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups (tea) of creamy dulce de leche
Syrup:
- 1 cup (tea) of sugar
- 1/3 cup (tea) of water
Method of preparation:
For the syrup, place the sugar and water in a pan over medium heat, without stirring, until a golden syrup forms. Carefully pour into a central hole of 24 cm in diameter, distributing it evenly. Reserve. Beat the condensed milk, milk, eggs, starch and ground cinnamon in a blender until smooth.
Pour the caramelized form and take it to a medium oven, preheated, in a double boiler, for 50 minutes or until it is firm. Remove from the oven, leave to cool and refrigerate for 3 hours. - 250 ml of hot water

Method of preparation:
