Sweet rice with turnip greens

Ingredients:

  • 3 1/2 cups (tea) water
  • 1 cup of raw rice (tea)
  • 3 cloves
  • 300 ml of milk
  • 1 bottle of coconut milk (200ml)
  • 1 cup chopped turnips
  • Cinnamon powder for dusting

Preparation method:

  1. In a pan, place the water, rice, cloves and cinnamon.
  2. Place on low heat and let the water almost dry out.
  3. Add the milk, coconut milk and condensed milk and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the turnip, mix, turn off the heat and let it cool.
  5. Arrange on a serving plate, sprinkle with cinnamon and serve warm or cold.
