Breaded Sirloin Steak Without Wheat and No Frying: Crispy, Juicy and Healthy – Perfect for a Practical, Economical and Tasty Meal

Recipe for 2 people.

cup = 240 ml, tablespoon = 15 ml, teaspoon = 10 ml, teaspoon = 5 ml

LOIN STEAKS Ingredients:

– 400g Pork loin, in steaks – 2 units per person.

– salt to taste

– pepper to taste THE

Ingredients for baked Milanese without eggs and wheat:

– 1/4 cup(s) cornstarch, or enough

– 1/4 cup(s) cream diluted in a little filtered water, or enough.

– salt to taste (pinch)

– 1/4 tbsp paprika THE

– 1/2 cup(s) extra fine cassava flour, or enough for breading

Ingredients FOR OILING

– oil to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. Separate all the ingredients and utensils for the recipe.
  2. Prepare and season the steaks (see preparation below).
  3. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  4. Grease the pan(s) with oil.

PREPARATION:

Copa Sirloin Steaks (this step must be done before continuing pre-preparation):

  1. Cut the sirloin into steaks. Consider 2 units per person, about 100 g each.
  2. Line the cutting board with cling film and also cover the meat tenderizer with cling film.
  3. Place the meat on the cutting board, cover with cling film and pound the steaks until they are thin and of uniform thickness.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Continue preliminary preparation – point 3.

Breaded Copa Sirloin Steak without wheat and without frying:

  1. In a bowl, put the cornstarch. In another bowl, put the cream, dilute it with a little water and season with a pinch of salt and pepper (optional). In a third bowl, mix the cassava flour with the paprika.
  2. Dip the pork steaks first in the cornstarch, then in the cream and finally in the very fine cassava flour.
  3. Press well so that the steaks are well breaded.
  4. Arrange the steaks on the prepared baking sheets, without overlapping them.
  5. Drizzle the oil over each steak, using quick, zigzag motions.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 25 minutes.
  7. Open the oven, turn the steaks, and rotate the pan(s).
  8. Continue cooking for another 15-25 minutes or until golden brown on the other side.
  9. Note: Cooking time may vary, so check carefully.
  10. Remove the steaks from the oven and pat them dry with paper towels.

FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:

  1. Serve the breaded sirloin steak(s) without wheat and without frying, with a salad dressed with your choice of dressing, on cutting boards, or assemble directly on plates.
