Rice fritter stuffed with dulce de leche in the blender

The dough is easy to blend in the mixer and ensures a delicate result in the pan. Rice fritter with dulce de leche

Time: 1 hour

Performance: 6 servings

Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked unsalted white rice
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup of milk (tea)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 5 tablespoons melted margarine
  • Margarine for greasing
  • Powdered sugar and cinnamon for dusting

Filling:

  • 1 cup creamy dulce de leche

Preparation method:

  1. Blend the rice, eggs, milk, sugar, salt, wheat flour and margarine in a blender until smooth.
  2. Grease a small nonstick skillet with margarine and heat over medium heat.
  3. Pour 1/2 ladle of the mixture and then brown it on both sides.
  4. Repeat the operation with the remaining dough.
  5. Spread the dulce de leche in the center with a spoon and fold in half twice.
  6. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and serve immediately.
